I am trying to organise the making of a short film.
I have written the script and have also storyboarded it.
I know where I want to shoot all the scenes, but I have hit a big wall.
I am looking for actors/actresses, crew, equipment and generally lots of help.
I am now looking for someone to help me reach the next stage...
I want to basically hand over all the pre-production organisation to someone who can get me organised and help me to find actors/actresses, help me find equipment, get me a crew, etc...
If you are interested, and would like to talk about what I'm looking for, please get in touch with me via E-mail or if you live in/near Cambridge, UK, we can meet up in person and talk about it.

Hi Little Rich,
I think you'll find that you are the best person to organise everything. If it's your own project then you'll probably be the only person passionate enough to organise everything properly. It can be very difficult to get reliable people.
One good place to look for crew and actors is on the Shooting People list you can join at: www.shootingpeople.org

Having not much experience I would not be much use to you in terms of pre-production organization etc. But, if you need someone to be a runner/whatever then I'll definitely help out. i kind of need some production experience, just being there, as i really think this would help me when i hopefully shoot my first short at Christmas.
